"I can't explain all of this right now. It's very complex. It's not just the sound of the music. But they were also working with the energy fields that move through the earth, what are called geopath lines. Which are stress lines of the inner earth.. of the force. These stress lines are about 300, sometimes 500 feet wide and thousands of miles high. In these shapes. And they move all over the surface of the earth. They're all over. And these geopath lines were part of the matrix of how this was all working.
So there were 6 geopath lines that moved through Denver. And they showed me by an overlay. There were two areas where the lines formed these two triangles. And they then took a police overlay of where the highest crime rate was in Denver. And you overlayed that. And they were exactly within those triangles of where the geopath lines contained this energy. And they were just showing how that whenever the geopaths make these patterns ..and if you live in there your emotional body is going to go crazy. And you're going to do things that you normally wouldn't do.
And when they set this up, during the year of 1995.. this has been documented scientifically..in those two areas, the crime rate dropped 31.6, I think it was, % in one year. That's a huge amount! The city as a whole dropped 16.9%, in it's crime. What happens is that the whole area just feels so good and goes into such balance and harmony and cleanliness that you just relax. And everything starts going into order. Everything starts happening better. Even the movement of cars down freeways. And everything. You can see what's happening. I'm only saying these things in retrospect. Because I've seen so much over the year.
And so what really convinced me.. the thing that just .. there's no doubt here. This thing works. The next step is to find out if we're supposed to do it or not.
And that was. One of the machines had gone out. And during this time went I was there. I was there in May 1996. It was so clean in Denver you could see forever. I mean, you could see the bugs on trees 30 miles away. (laughing) There wasn't even the slightest hint. It was so amazing.
And, then they said 'Well, one of the machines had gone out of tuning'". And they taught me. It took them a couple days to teach me how to tune these machines. You can do it. You can feel it in your third eye. When they're in perfect tuning this funny feeling goes up here. It goes like grrhtt! Like that. And there a sharp point. And you stop. And it tunes it.
And they took me way out on the edge of.. on the outer edge of Denver. And there was a.. one of the machines was out. And it was in this grassy knoll by these trees. They'd just hidden down in the bushes. And it didn't have any electricity at all. Only one of them uses electricity. Which is a little tiny bit. Some of them are just two tiny springs and a coil and that's it. And they just resonate with the original pattern. And here in this valley, that right where it was. Over here. I was in this grassy knoll looking over this valley, was this polluted cloud. This brown cloud. It was the only one I'd ever seen there. And it was just hanging low in this valley with a lot of subdivision houses and stuff in there.
And Bob said, 'Okay, now sit down. We taught you how to tune it. Just tune it. And watch. Leave your eyes open and watch the horizon there where the cloud is.'
So I sit down and I start to tune it. And he says, 'Oh, also listen to the birds.' And he didn't tell me about birds. 'What do you mean birds?' I didn't see any birds there. He says, 'Just do it. Just watch the cloud and listen to the birds.' So I said, 'Okay.'
So I sat down and I started tuning this. And I feel it going vuuuit! And when I got to this place, I stopped. Two things happened simultaneously. The brown cloud that was lying there in that valley that dense. It wasn't just sort of there. There was a real obvious cloud disappeared instaneously. It wasn't there anymore. Not over a second or a moment. (snaps fingers) It was gone. And at the same moment about a hundred birds started chirping like crazy. They just started going nuts [whistles]. All over the place. Lots and lots and lots of them. And I was going, 'Birds!'
What I've discovered, and Claudette, my wife, could tell you, too, cause she's been involved in this also. And any researchers doing this. Is the birds actually start chirping the sound of the sound of the water molecule. You can hear them doing it. (whistles) They make actual motion and sound all over the area where you do it. They're all chirping into it. And sometimes they'll all get together and they're all doing it in rhythm. (laughs. laughter) They do. They really, really do. You can just hear them doing it. And sometimes one of the birds will do one of the sweeping motions and the other bird will be doing the other one. And it's exactly the same thing. I mean the first time I ever heard that I went, 'God, this is amazing.'
I don't know how they hear it. I don't know. Because you can't actually hear it. Even in the instrument you have to get like that far (hands measure a few minutes] away from it to hear it. Because it's barely, barely on. They discovered that it works best when it's at it's lowest volume. If you turn it really, really loud, it doesn't work very well. But when it's barely, barely on, it works.
So my concern was.... after.. he gave me one of these machines. He said, 'Here. Take it back. See if it's any good.' So I went back to Cave Creek and I experimented for a little bit. And I'll talk about that in just a second. And I discovered that it really did work. And once I knew for sure, that this was really real. I went up.. my next question was to myself was, 'Is this appropriate? Can I do this? Is Mother Nature?.. you know, is this.. If you're going to heal someone... same thing you're healing a planet.. Well, you have to ask permission.' You can't just go messing around with something without asking permission. Who.. we're not wise enough to know if this is really appropriate or not.
So I took it very seriously. And we went up and to Paulden, Arizona where we have our school. And there were about 55 people there. And I showed them all our instruments, what it does, how they work, what they do and everything like that. They all listened to it. There were people there who were going, 'Well, I don't know.' And people who were not sure if it was right. And there were others who were enthusiastic, etc. The whole spectrum.
And basically what I said is, 'We're going to do an American Indian prayer wheel. We're going to take this very seriously. And we're going to do a prayer. And ask Mother Earth if this is appropriate.' And my promise to this group here and to the group of the 55 people who were there is, 'If one of you says no, or even you're not sure, I'll bury this whole project and I'll not touch it again.'
And they said, 'Okay. Can't ask for more than that.' So we went in and did a medicine wheel that lasted almost 7 hours. 6 1/2 hours. It was a very long one. For me anyway. For every stone we got, we prayed to the stone. We were very, very serious about what we were doing. We made the wheel, the traditional wheel, with the circle and the cross. And when we got all done we prayed as we went around. And we went deep into meditation. And then finally after this was all over, each person spoke. Whether or not they would do it or not. And it was overwhelmingly, 'Yes.' There wasn't even anybody even close to the maybe zone.
And Mother Earth had come to many of these people. At least 10 of them. All as a young girl saying the same thing. That her body was dying and that she really wanted us to try to help this. That she felt that this would work. And so with that behind us, I then proceeded further. Otherwise, I was serious. I would have never looked at one of these things again. I'd just want to stop it. But it indicated to us that it was really the time to do this.
In the meantime, in Cave Creek, I set the machine up and I turned it on. And I adjusted it for the first time. It was only one machine. In an area that would probably need 10 or 15 in. But I only put in one machine. We were going in understatement. Not an overstatement.
To see what would happen on the lowest level possible. And we turned on the machine. It takes... I could see this torus spread out from it. And in three days the torus was stretched out. On the third day.. Now, let me say just one more thing. Arizona. This was on June 4th, 1996. And prior to June 4th of 1996, Arizona and many other states, if you remember were in the worst drought of recorded history. Arizona was in the worst drought ever recorded in the state. The worst drought before that was in 1908. And this went way past it. In Paulden, we had over 200 trees that had died just from lack of water. I mean, the cactus was dying from lack of water. It was incredible. It hadn't rained in .. Barlett Lake which is right near us had dropped 100 feet. The lakes were drying up. It was dying.
And so on June 4th of 1996, we turned it on, set it up and watched. Three days later, a rain cloud forms over my house! (laughter) No where else in the state of Arizona was there a rain cloud. But there was one over my house. It's a fact. And the rain cloud was dark and black. Filled with water. And began to expand. And it started getting bigger ..and bigger ...and bigger ...and bigger. And by the end of about June 10th.. I can't remember the exact day. Of course, it would be easy to go back and check the journals to see when it was. Approximately June 10th, the rain cloud was about 15 miles around. All the way around. And it started to rain. And I mean, it really started to rain.
Because what it was doing was taking . and I mean, Cave Creek was polluted. I was terrible. And Phoenix was in the worst situation that they've ever had in their history. You can check this out also. If you go back, you'll find out that on June 6th. A few days before, and I've still got the magazine article, the Governor of Arizona had declared an emergency. That Phoenix was moving from a moderate to a serious rating. That the pollution.. that they had had 28 days almost in a row of alert systems.. and that they were going into a serious rating. We were afraid of losing tourism, industry, everything else. They had a task force that was headed by this lawyer. Who came into the paper and said, 'We're in such a bad situation here that if anybody has any ideas about how to clear the pollution over Phoenix. We don't care how..' And these are the words he used. 'How wacky it is..how crazy it is, how expensive it is or anything else. We'll listen to you.'
Well, I'm pretty wacky and crazy. (laughs. laughter) Maybe they'll listen to this. I don't know. And so I called them up. And I said, 'I think, maybe I .. I don't know.. what it's worth looking at. I might have something here.' And they said, 'Well, what have you got?' And we explained it to them. It's a little coil and a little thing that runs on a radio (laughter) and a 9 volt battery. And they go, 'Get lost, kid.' And they wouldn't talk to us. They just flat out said, 'No.' And I said, 'Well, look we'll do it for free. It won't cost anything. Will you just monitor what we're doing?' They said, 'No.' I go, 'I don't understand this. The radio says .. or the paper says anything no matter how wacky, crazy or anything it is. You'll listen to anything. Why won't you listen to this?' They said, 'Just go away. We don't want to talk to you.'
It took me over a year to understand the politics. And what it is, is that they don't want to find a solution. They really don't. Same kind of situation where the medical profession does not want to find the solution to cancer or to AIDS or to anything else. Because it puts them out of business. They don't want to find a solution to pollution because it puts them all out of business. (right) I couldn't believe it. I believe it's the truth. It's horrible, but I think it's the truth. And it took us a long time to understand. The politics are even more involved when you get into industry and how they're fighting it. Because they don't want to pay the money. And there's all these other things that are going on. They'd just as soon everybody die. Rather than have to pay the money that would do this. So it took me a while, but I figured it out ..
But they said, 'Go ahead and do it. Because it's unregulated.' So we said, 'Okay, we're going to do it.' But they're not going to monitor us. They don't care what we're going to do. Because they don't believe that we can do it. So we did it.
And it really made a huge difference. And what was going into a serious rating began to slowly start going down. Just with a single machine in Cave Creek. And by.. Cave Creek went clear. I mean, really soon. In two weeks, there was no more pollution in Cave Creek. A couple times, we had this big wave of garbage that would come up. I mean, you could just start to choking on. And you could just watch it go ..[exhales and blows] chu tu tu tu tu tu and clear out and it was gone. It wouldn't even happen. And it kept raining. And it kept lightning. And everything else, because it was changing the pollution into something that was healthy. And within a few months, Cave Creek and for about 15 miles around was clear and clean and beautiful. And smelled like you were in an ocean with moisture in the air. And the feel of it.. With this beautiful light. And it just looked like you were in Paradise. And it still does. It's gorgeous.
And but the rest of Phoenix was a garbage pit. And I would watch these clouds for these storms come in one after another. And they would go right over Cave Creek and they'd hit this big dome of positive ions and all this stuff. And it was [blows out] schuuu. And it couldn't penetrate it. One after another. It couldn't penetrate it. Couldn't penetrate it. And then finally this thing happened. We began to do other areas.. of the world became interested in what we were doing. One of them was Egypt. One of them was Mexico.. the country of Mexico. And a few other places .. right now India's also very interested. And other governments are... I mean, really watching what we're doing. I mean, we're serious about this.
And we did one also in Cape Cod where.. who knows Cape Cod?.. been there. Have you been there recently? Because it was very polluted. The whole.. the air was polluted. The water was so polluted that everything was dying in the bay in Cape Cod. And there was just like a silvery film that was on the water. The species were all dying out of there. And we put one instrument up there. And within a short time, less than 3 months, the whole sky went clear and the water went clear. And the water went so clear. And we have scientific proof that this is there now. That the water is so clear that in the last few months over 100 new species of life forms have moved into Cape Cod. Including dolphins and whales they've never seen there before. Because it is alive. It's a living system. And all the animals want to get in there and come back. And that's what's happening.
The next country was Mexico. And I went down to Mexico to do a facilitator training because this Flower of Life is just exploding down there right now. Actually Flower of Life is now in 29 countries. And it's moving all over the world very, very quickly. And they wanted to train about 40 people in teaching this. And it's now heading to all South America. To Equador and Brazil. And places like this. So we did this training. And while I was there, we had a meeting like this out of Mexico City. Only it was a lot bigger.
And in there I just thought for a second and I threw out to the audience... I said, 'If there's any government officials out in the audience... ' Cause Mexico City is the most polluted city in the world. If you've ever been down there, it is bad. It is soooo terrible. You know how pollution is usually out around the outer edges. And you've still got a blue sky above you, right. Just kind of out there. This wrapped around the top and you can't even see out. You can't see blue sky most days in there. Certain times of the year you can. But when we were there, you couldn't see anything. And it smelled like you were right beside a diesel truck or something like that. And breathing it. Each breath was horrible. And I said, 'If there's any government officials out there, I think maybe we can do something about this.'
Well, the very next day, I'm approached by this woman who is the right hand woman of the ex-President of Mexico. And she brings me into his personal home in there. And I had an interview with him. I explained the whole thing and I guess he believed me. Because the next day I had a counsel of scientists and engineers, lawyers and all kinds of people like this that listened to what I said. They made up a full report. Sent it back to him. And they said.. basically, they told me what they said was, 'They didn't understand anything I was saying. (laughter) But they believed me. (laughing) And so they wanted to do further research to see what we were doing.' So he paid this team flown up to Paulden, Arizona. I brought Bob and Slim and all these other people in, all their equipment and everything. And we gave them a demonstration which I'm sure blew their minds. Cause we showed them things that are supposedly impossible. Beyond impossible. And they could see directly. And again, they said, 'I don't know how you're doing this. But it works. That we can see.'
And then, we did something. And this was on February 29th on this year (1997). And the effects of this are quite interesting. To say the least. And before I say this, I want to finish with Mexico. Mexico has now declared that they want to do an initial governmental test in Mexico City. To see if we can really clean up the city. And they're .. and we've already begun it. We've got half of our instruments down there now. And we're going back next month to complete the whole pattern. So we can actually begin the process of actually doing that. It really needs about 20 instruments. But we're going to start with .. right now we have 4 down there... and we're going to put up 4 more. With 8 we can begin the process. And they can actually start monitoring us to see what happens. But they've told us that if we really do do this, they will write up a full document of whether.. either we can or can't .. But if we can do it. If we can show a significant difference in the .. and they say a significant difference is to drop it even by 10%. But we'll drop it over 90%. And if we can do that they will then hand carry us to the United Nations. (ovation)
My main concern, not as a scientist, but as a person involved in spiritual work, is that.. my interest is that if we can prove this on a scientific level. When we get to the United Nations, they're going to look at how it's physically done. And we can talk to them on any level that they want to talk to .. scientifically.. I don't care what the level is. We can talk on any level that they want to talk on how this works. But when it comes to how you tune it (laughter). That's the part I'm interested in. Because the only way that you can tune these instruments is if you... and there is no other way. The person doing the tuning must be in love with the Earth and connected to Her. And also in love with Father Sky and connected to that. Or you can't tune it. And to bring in life to the sterile scientific world, I think is important. Because you can't do it without it. And I really think that that may end up becoming a very important part of understanding of this.. If we're successful. And I believe we will be.
So anyway, to tell you the rest of this and how we convinced them. We showed them all these things. We showed them stuff that really that is considered by scientific levels completely impossible. We showed them all that. And we wanted to give them a demonstration. We had a brand new instrument. It was beautiful. He'd made this beautiful, beautiful one. It was like .. I couldn't believe he'd done this thing. It was so gorgeous. But it's still the same thing as the other .. the other one looks like it was made out of a tinker toy set. This one looked like it was made by NASA or something. And we set this instrument up .. and I went to tune it.. But about an hour before God intervened
And God's still intervening. And he's intervening in a major way right now. I don't really know where this is leading. I'm only going to tell you what happened and you decide if it's true and what it means. But the instrument that was in Cave Creek, which was about 35 miles around. My secretary, Janice, dropped something on it. And knocked it out of .. literally out of .. and it has to be aligned perfectly with North.. and knocked it off kilt. Which totally changed the tuning. And my wife, Claudette, walked in and realigned it and tuned it back up. She'd never tuned it before. Less than an hour..about an hour later, I sit down in Paulden, Arizona and I tune this other one. And we had never two active units together before. And I cautiously expanded the field out to link perfectly with the one in Cave Creek. And that one perfectly to align here, forming the visca pisces. (ahhhh.) 
And they just went.. the Mexicans went, 'Wow, that was a good demonstration.' (laughs. laughter) And we.. the scientists were going, 'Holy shit, how did... what did we do?' Because we'd never seen that before. But we'd never used 2 instruments before. So we're thinking, 'Well, what did we do different?' Because it usually doesn't go that powerful. Whenever you tune it, there's always a drop in temperature. Because it structures everything. Aligns everything. Which drops the temperature a few degrees. Not 50°. And we realized that a female was on one of them. A male was on the other one. And that male and female loves each other a whole lot. And we used the visca pisces which is the Creation pattern of new life. Maybe that had something to do with it. We don't know.
